At the H&N Cup 2020 in Munich the best shooters from all over Europe came together again to compete against each other. WALTHER was represented here very extensively and achieved numerous victories in both air rifle and air pistol disciplines.

One shooter exceeded all expectations. The Hungarian junior Zalán Pekler was able to win the first competition in the discipline 10m Air Rifle Juniors, with a new Walther LG400 Monotec. He achieved an unbelievable result of 637.1 rings. With this he beat the world record in the discipline 10m air rifle men, set by the Hungarian Walther shooter Peter Sidi, by no less than 3.6 rings.

Since Pekler did not achieve this result in this discipline, but shot in the junior class, the result could not be considered a world record.

The Walther company congratulates the shooter and wishes him continued good shooting in future competitions.
