Talents-Development Team

Emely Jäggi (SUI) not only takes home the title of "Vice-European Champion" and the silver medal but also a most prestigious Walther sponsorship contract from Osijek!

At just 16 years old, Emely Jäggi from Switzerland is not only the newly crowned Vice-European Champion in the Junior 10m Air Rifle Shooting category but also the first athlete to join Walther's "Talents-Development Team." This innovative team aims to bring together young and talented shooters and provide them with ideal support on their journey to a successful sporting career.

The team could hardly have had a better start than with Jäggi. This time in Osijek (Croatia), she was just 0.2 points away from the gold medal. Last year, she set a world record and captured the attention of the sporting world with 596 points in the 3x20 50m Rifle discipline.

"We are thrilled to have such a talented young shooter as Emely Jäggi join our team. Her ambition and achievements are exactly what we aim to promote with our new Talents-Development Team. With her successes, she can inspire many shooters and positively advance the sport," said Daniel Burger, Head of Competition Sales at Walther.
